By using the EleksCava firmware update tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the firmware update tool.
2. Firmware Updates
The firmware update tool allows you to update the firmware on your EleksCava device. By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Firmware updates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- Firmware updates may modify, add, or remove features from your device.
- You are responsible for ensuring your device is properly connected and powered during the update process.
- Interrupting the update process may result in damage to your device.
- We are not responsible for any damage to your device resulting from the firmware update process.
3. Device Compatibility
The firmware provided through this tool is specifically designed for EleksCava devices. Attempting to install this firmware on other devices may cause damage to those devices. We are not responsible for any damage caused by installing our firmware on non-EleksCava devices.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the firmware update tool
- Any changes made to your device as a result of firmware updates
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of these terms and by maintaining a current version of the terms at this location.
